Your Bronco is made for more than an easy gravel road. This Almont guard gives the original fuel tank a 6 mm duralumin barrier against rough-ground contact, helping you enjoy the trail with more reassurance about the equipment underneath. It is made for the listed Wildtrak and Badlands application.

A tank guard protects a different area from the front and transmission plates. This 14 kg SportDuty plate is a useful addition when you take the Bronco onto rocky or rutted ground, with a specific fit for the original fuel tank rather than a larger aftermarket replacement.
Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin gives you substantial, high-strength alloy protection without the material weight of steel of the same size and thickness. The plate will not develop red rust if its surface is scratched, so it is a good choice for a vehicle you intend to keep and use. Wash off mud and road salt to look after the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware.

Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
Almont provides three years of cover against cracking of the plate. Dents, deformation and damage to the vehicle are excluded.
