Whatever line you pick, the rear diff follows the ruts - it is the lowest hard point on the back axle and it cannot be steered around anything. This Almont rear differential skid plate for the Ford Ranger T6PX1 TDCi wraps the housing's leading face in 8 mm EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin, a 5 kg plate that lets the axle slide over rock steps and ridge lines instead of hammering the casing that carries your drive. Diff housings are expensive to replace and miserable to fail mid-lane; this is the cheap way round both.
This plate is specific to the PX1-generation T6 Ranger. Almont fixes some of its rear differential plates with a bracket that takes TIG weld spots on the housing rather than bolts alone, so confirm the fitting method with us before booking installation and plan a professional fitter if welding is involved. Not compatible with diff-drop kits or modified driveline mounts. It works alongside the gearbox and transfer plate and front plate to cover the full driveline.

Several Almont rear diff plates require TIG weld spots to attach the bracket to the housing. Check the fitting method for this part with us before ordering so you can plan the right installer.
Almont's 3-year warranty covers cracking of the plate itself; dents and deformation from impacts are the plate doing its job and are not covered.
