Skid plates are supposed to get hurt, and on a hard-used Discovery 4 the leading section of the front plate is where the damage concentrates. Rather than replacing the whole assembly, this Almont spare section renews the strike face on its own: 6 kg of 8mm EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin, cut to slot into the Discovery 4 front plate setup. Fit the fresh section, keep the rest, carry on.

If your Discovery 4 already runs the Almont front plate and only the leading section is battered, this spare section is the economical fix. If the truck has no front plate yet, start with the complete assembly.
