From the S90 saloon to the XC90 seven-seater, Volvo's T4, T5 and T6 turbo petrols all inhale through the same restrictive standard air box. This MST Performance cold air intake system replaces it with precision-engineered aluminium pipework, built to accelerate airflow into the turbo while cutting turbulence and restriction. One part covers T-badge S60, S90, V60, XC60 and XC90 models across 2016-2021, and it ships with all fittings for a direct OEM-replacement install.

Applied to Volvo's T-series engines it gives the turbo a cleaner feed exactly where these cars work hardest - loaded motorway runs, towing speeds, full-family holidays - plus an intake note that finally matches the performance on paper.
Year ranges differ by model - S60 T-series cars run 2019-2021 while S90, XC60 and XC90 versions reach back to 2016-2017 - so check the table below against your exact car. Diesels are not covered, and 2020-on B-badge mild hybrids use the MST B-series hybrid intake instead. Confirm the part number before ordering.

Yes - XC60 T5 fitment runs 2017-2021. Each model has its own year span in the table, so always match your exact model, engine and year.
No - the 2020-on B-badge mild hybrids take a separate MST part. This kit is for the T4, T5 and T6 petrol engines.
It replaces the standard restrictive air box with free-flowing aluminium pipework, giving the turbo a cleaner feed and the car a more audible intake note under load.
