The M133 in the A45, CLA45 and GLA45 AMG was the most powerful production 2.0T of its era, and it rewards every improvement in breathing. This MST Performance cold air intake system replaces the restrictive standard air box with precision-engineered aluminium pipework, supplied with a high-flow filter and every fitting for a direct OEM-replacement install. The result on a 45-series AMG is a harder-edged induction note and a cleaner route feeding a turbo that is always working, covering W176, C117/X117 and X156 cars from 2014-2017.
A highly-strung turbo four leans on its intake harder than almost any engine, and MST's design approach - accelerate the air, minimise turbulence, cut restriction - is aimed exactly at that. The high-flow filter and aluminium route give the M133 a cleaner feed under sustained load, and because the kit suits standard and already-tuned cars, it fits everything from showroom-spec to a staged build.
For the 2.0T M133 engine only: A45 AMG (W176), CLA45 AMG (C117 & X117) and GLA45 AMG (X156), all 2014-2017. Non-AMG W176 models use the MST M270 intake kit instead, and facelift-era changes make the year range worth checking. Confirm the part number against your exact car before ordering.
