The Mishimoto Performance Aluminium Radiator is a direct-fit cooling upgrade for the next-generation Ford Ranger Raptor (2022-2026). The 3.0L EcoBoost V6 makes serious heat, and the jobs a Raptor gets used for - towing, laning, loaded touring and low-speed off-road running - are exactly the conditions where airflow drops and coolant temperatures climb. Where the standard radiator relies on plastic end tanks that fatigue and crack with repeated heat cycles, the Mishimoto is all aluminium, with a 15% increase in core volume to pull more heat out of the coolant when it matters.
Extruded, strutted tubes with reinforced leading edges shrug off the vibration and impacts that come with hard off-road use, and the billet aluminium inlet and outlet are CNC-machined perfectly round for a secure, leak-free hose seal - unlike the moulded plastic fittings they replace. The included foam seal ducts airflow through the core rather than around it. The radiator bolts to the factory mounting points with no cutting or fabrication, and it is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
This radiator is a direct fit for the 2022-2026 next-generation Ford Ranger Raptor with the 3.0L EcoBoost V6, using the factory mounting points and hose positions. Fitting is a medium-difficulty job for a competent home mechanic or any workshop: drain the cooling system, swap the radiator, refill with the correct specification coolant and bleed the system thoroughly before driving.
