Kooks headers for your C8 Stingray
Keep the rear exhaust you already love and upgrade the headers on your Stingray. The Kooks Super Street design connects directly to the original catalytic converters, with 1-7/8" 304 stainless steel primaries and the gaskets and bolt kit included. You can make the header upgrade without replacing the rest of your exhaust.

A direct connection to the original catalysts
The flanged collector connection joins the OEM catalysts. The oval ports and stock bolt pattern match the Stingray application, while 304 stainless steel gives the headers a quality material finish. Gaskets and the bolt kit are included, and no additional exhaust parts are needed for the OEM-catalyst installation.
Get the most from your upgraded Stingray
A tune is not required to fit these Super Street headers with the OEM catalysts. We still recommend custom tuning as part of your header upgrade. Know what you will hear
Your rear exhaust and exhaust mode still have a major influence on the finished sound. Keeping the original catalysts gives you a different combination from a long tube system with replacement connection pipes. When comparing sound clips, look for the same catalyst and rear-exhaust setup as your car.
Fitment and installation
This version fits the 2020-2026 C8 Stingray 6.2. It does not fit the E-Ray, Z06, ZR1, Grand Sport or 2027+ Stingray. We recommend professional installation, followed by a leak and clearance check and a fastener check after the first heat cycle.

Yes. These Super Street headers connect to the OEM catalysts, allowing you to retain the original rear exhaust.
Do I need a tune?
A tune is not required to install these Super Street headers with the original catalysts. We recommend custom tuning with any header upgrade, including this one.
Are gaskets supplied?
Yes. The header gaskets and bolt kit are included.
Will these fit an E-Ray?
No. This SKU is for the 2020-2026 Stingray 6.2. Choose headers specifically matched to an E-Ray or another C8 version.
