Your long-wheelbase S8 can be a comfortable place to cover distance and still sound special when you ask more of it. This Milltek cat-back gives you resonated and non-resonated choices, an active centre section and valved rear outlets. Choose the sound first, then the tip finish that suits the car.

If your S8 spends much of its time on long motorway trips, we would start with the resonated version. Its additional front silencers make it the more restrained choice in this pair. The non-resonated system replaces those silencers with pipework for owners who want a more prominent exhaust note. Both retain the valved character; the choice is how much exhaust you want accompanying the car between the moments of full acceleration.
Polished tips give a bright, classic metal finish. Cerakote black blends into darker exterior trim, while brushed titanium has a softer, more understated metal appearance. Burnt titanium adds colour; carbon gives the rear a more distinctive texture. Choose the look you enjoy alongside your preferred resonated or non-resonated sound.
Lower connections, centre and rear sections, valved outlets, the selected tips and fitting hardware are supplied. The LWB connecting pipes are part of this package, rather than an extra to adapt a short-wheelbase system.
This is the long-wheelbase, non-OPF application. It is not interchangeable with the standard-wheelbase or UK/European OPF package. Milltek estimates 2.5-3.5 hours for fitting; valve operation, clearances and tip alignment are part of a proper installation.

This particular LWB package is for the non-OPF US/ROW application. The UK/European OPF system is a separate product.
Within the same exhaust configuration, the tip finish changes the appearance. Where the options include different sound configurations or body styles, choose those first, then the finish.
Let the exhaust cool before cleaning. Wash road salt and dirt from the tips regularly with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner suitable for their finish. Have any new rattle checked for loose fittings or contact with the bodywork.
We would start with the resonated system. It keeps the additional front silencers and is the more restrained option here. Choose non-resonated if a more prominent exhaust note matters more to you than keeping the sound subdued on everyday journeys.
