This resonated Milltek cat-back is made for the right-hand-drive Audi S4 B9 3.0 Turbo V6 without the Sport Differential. The front silencer and valved rear silencers make it a considered sound upgrade, while eleven trim configurations let you finish the rear exactly as you like. All options share the same 63.5 mm resonated layout and right-hand-drive left-side connecting pipe.
Here the sound decision is simple: every option is resonated and E-marked. The differences are in the outlets. Choose 90 mm round tips for the smaller round format, 100 mm round tips for a larger visual presence, or oval and carbon designs for a different finish. Use the tip size and shape to choose the look you want.

Right-hand-drive S4 only, without the Sport Differential. This is not the left-hand-drive S4/S5 system. Allow approximately 1-1.5 hours for fitting, including removal of the original exhaust. A professional installation gives the pipework, tip alignment and hot clearances the attention they need. The system should be checked again after its first heat cycle.
For the specified left-hand-drive S4/S5 B9 applications without Sport Differential, use our LHD S4/S5 system.
Clean the tailpipes regularly once they are cool, so road dirt and deposits do not become a bigger job later. Use care products suited to the chosen finish; metal polish intended for bare stainless is not a general treatment for coated or carbon tips.

No. These systems are for right-hand-drive S4 B9 models without the Sport Differential. The drivetrain layout is part of the exhaust fitment.
No remap is required for this cat-back change with the rest of the exhaust in its standard configuration. Different requirements can apply if you also change downpipes or catalysts.
There are both 100 mm and 90 mm round polished tips, plus a separate oval design. SSXAU1070 is 100 mm round, SSXAU1074 is 90 mm round and SSXAU1078 is oval. The resonated exhaust layout is shared.
Milltek covers parts containing valves for 2 years or 80,000 km and electronic products for 2 years. Other qualifying parts in this system have lifetime cover. Cover is for the original purchaser and excludes fitting labour and failures caused by misuse or unauthorised modification. Keep your invoice and contact us if you need help with a claim.
