This resonated Milltek system combines front and centre silencers with electronically valved rear sections, giving you a more expressive sound with silencing still built in. If the factory RS5 feels too restrained, a resonated system is a useful way to give sound more of a role while retaining front and centre silencing. It suits an owner who wants to enjoy the engine on the way to work as well as on a favourite road, without choosing the least-silenced configuration. The tip finish lets you keep the rear understated or add a brighter detail; Coupé and Sportback have their own matching front and rear silencer assemblies.
The option table matches each finish to the Coupé or Sportback system. Polished ovals give a bright contrast, Cerakote black keeps the rear darker, titanium has a more understated metal finish and burnt titanium adds colour. All the options here use the resonated construction.
The selected body-specific lower connections, front and centre silencers, both valved rear silencers, electronic valve motors, oval tips and associated fittings.
Body style and GPF fitment must both match. The resonated GPF application is E-marked for the corresponding RS4/RS5 OPF approval. Milltek estimates 2-2.5 hours for fitting, including the original system removal.

Within the same exhaust configuration, the tip finish changes the appearance. Where the options include different sound configurations or body styles, choose those first, then the finish.
Let the exhaust cool before cleaning. Wash road salt and dirt from the tips regularly with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner suitable for their finish. Have any new rattle checked for loose fittings or contact with the bodywork.
