Make your RS5 sound as good as it feels to drive.
This is the loudest non-resonated Race cat-back configuration in Milltek's GPF-equipped RS5 B9 Coupe range. It pairs Race-type valved rear silencers with a choice of four oval tips, making the soundtrack and rear-end finish a much bigger part of the car. The factory GPFs stay in place. This configuration has no E-mark approval.
The sound choice is already made here: non-resonated pipework and Race-type valved rear silencers. Choose it when exhaust presence is a priority, rather than as the quietest daily-driver option. Polished, black, brushed titanium and burnt titanium ovals let you finish the car to suit its exterior.

Audi RS5 B9 2.9 V6 Turbo Coupe, 2019+, factory OPF/GPF-equipped models
For the GPF-equipped Coupe. It is not the non-GPF B9.5 system, and GPF retention does not make the system E-mark approved. Allow approximately 2-2.5 hours for fitting, including removal of the original exhaust. A professional installation gives the pipework, tip alignment and hot clearances the attention they need. The system should be checked again after its first heat cycle.
Clean the tailpipes regularly once they are cool, so road dirt and deposits do not become a bigger job later. Use a cleaning product suitable for your chosen tailpipe finish.

Yes. This system fits downstream of the factory petrol particulate filters and retains them. It is the exhaust behind the filters that changes.
No remap is required for this cat-back change with the rest of the exhaust in its standard configuration. Different requirements can apply if you also change downpipes or catalysts.
The silencer and pipe configuration determine the sound. Pick the finish for the look you want: changing the decorative tips within the same system layout is an appearance choice.
Milltek covers parts containing valves for 2 years or 80,000 km and electronic products for 2 years. Other qualifying parts in this system have lifetime cover. Cover is for the original purchaser and excludes fitting labour and failures caused by misuse or unauthorised modification. Keep your invoice and contact us if you need help with a claim.
