Demanding trips and long-term ownership give you good reasons to upgrade the radiator. This Mishimoto unit replaces the original plastic-tank construction with a durable aluminium assembly. Welded tanks, reinforced tubes and machined hose connections strengthen the construction where it matters.
It is a complete radiator for the 2022+ Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 petrol application, using the factory mounting layout. The cooling upgrade lives behind the grille, but it can be an important part of the truck you want to keep using for years.

The single-row core uses extruded, strutted tubes with reinforced leading edges to resist vibration. CNC-machined billet inlet and outlet connections provide round hose-sealing surfaces, while the included foam seal directs airflow through the core.
The core has 15% more volume than standard, increasing cooling capacity.
Coolant, fitting labour and other cooling upgrades are separate. The 2.4-litre radiator fluid capacity is not the vehicle’s full cooling-system capacity.
This radiator removes heat from the engine coolant. The intercooler cools compressed intake air and a transmission cooler handles gearbox fluid. They address different circuits, so choose around the temperatures and use of your truck.
We would consider the radiator when upgrading coolant-system hardware or replacing the existing unit. Repeated unexplained overheating still needs diagnosis; a radiator swap should not hide a faulty fan, leak or another underlying problem.
The unit uses the factory mounting arrangement without cutting or fabrication. Fitting includes draining, transferring the required vehicle components, refilling with the correct coolant and bleeding the system. Check clearances if other front-end hardware has changed.
Mishimoto’s Lifetime Warranty applies under its terms. Keep proof of purchase and the part reference, and follow the coolant specification and service schedule for the vehicle.

No. It is the radiator’s approximate fluid capacity. The whole vehicle cooling system requires a different amount and must be filled and bled correctly.
Yes, the application uses the factory mounting arrangement. Existing aftermarket front-end parts still need clearance.
Mishimoto specifically excludes the 3.0L Bronco Raptor for MMRAD-BR-21. That is a different application from the Ranger Raptor.
