The Ramair race pod is the slim competition filter format used in F3: a universal dual-layer foam pod with a 75mm neck internal diameter and 294mm overall length. Where a conventional cone will not package, the low, narrow pod tucks in against pipework and panels, with filtering foam running its full length. A genuine Ramair filter, made in the UK and built for motorsport-style installs.
Two numbers decide whether this pod works for you. The 75mm internal neck needs to match the outside of the pipe or spigot it clamps over, and the 294mm overall length (with a 30mm top) needs a clear straight run where it mounts. The 75mm family also includes 286mm and 590mm lengths.
