Build your headers around the project
A custom installation gives you different space and clearance decisions from a standard car. Kooks WK2400 provides twelve 1-7/8-inch 304 stainless J-bends and two 3-inch-outlet collectors so your fabricator can make headers to suit it.

Matched bends and collector sizes
The kit includes twelve JB-188-25-16-304 bends and two 9905S collectors. It gives you 1-7/8-inch primary tubing with a 3-inch outlet, useful dimensions to settle before the connecting exhaust is made. The two 9905S collectors have a four-into-one slip-on design with a scavenging spike, 1-7/8-inch inside-diameter inlets and 3-inch outside-diameter outlets. The inlets slip over the matching primary tubes, ready for your fabricator to position them. The twelve JB-188-25-16-304 J-bends are 16-gauge, mandrel-bent 180-degree tubing with a 2.50-inch centreline radius.
Choose the head flanges separately
Two flanges are required for your cylinder heads. Match the port and bolt pattern, then have the tubes positioned around the steering, suspension and starter before welding the headers.
