Clear dimensions for the fabricator
Both ends have a 3" inside diameter. The body is 4" long and 4" in outside diameter; overall length is 7". These measurements establish the pipe interface and fitting space, so the converter can be placed with appropriate support and heat clearance.
Capacity rather than a power-gain claim
The 375 hp per-converter and 750 hp per-pair figures describe application capacity. They do not promise an increase in engine output. The GREEN design supports naturally aspirated and forced-induction applications within that rating.
Emissions treatment and system setup
The high-flow 400 CPSI substrate treats exhaust emissions, and the converter is certified to U.S. EPA standards. It does not guarantee elimination of a check-engine light. Match the sensor and calibration arrangement to the completed exhaust.
