The Kooks CAS-115999 supplies the extension-lead specification for the listed 2022+ CT5-V Blackwing header application. The kit combines two front extensions with one longer rear extension, keeping the actual contents clear when replacing matched wiring.

Three leads with defined positions
The two front leads each have 10" extension length and eight-pin connectors. The rear lead has 33" extension length and four-pin connectors. Match each lead to its position and route it away from hot exhaust parts and moving components.
Replacement wiring when needed
Relevant Kooks header kits include O2 extensions where required. This kit is for the matched extension requirement; it supplies neither new sensors nor a warning-light delete.
