This Kooks range covers the 2014-2019 Corvette with LT1, LT4 or LT5 power, offering straight and stepped primary designs with 3" collectors. Choose the version that suits your engine, then pair it with the matching Kooks X-pipe for a system that fits together properly.

Straight or stepped primaries
The 1-7/8" and 2" versions use a single primary diameter. The stepped version starts at 1-7/8" and increases to 2" along the primary tube. All three finish at a 3" collector. That distinction matters when comparing the options: the stepped header is its own design, rather than another name for the straight 2" version.
Useful fitting parts included
Cometic multi-layer gaskets, stainless header bolts, O2 extensions and Torca clamps are included. Add the matching C7 X-pipe to connect the headers to your rear exhaust. For an LT5-powered ZR1, choose a supported conventional X-pipe; the ULTRA options on that page cover LT1/LT4. Your installer should check the complete header and X-pipe combination together, including belly-pan clearance and clamp studs.

Frequently asked questions
What does the stepped option mean?
Its primary tubes increase from 1-7/8" to 2" before reaching the 3" collectors. Select it as a distinct header design when planning the engine and exhaust combination.
Will these bolt straight to the original exhaust?
Use the matching Kooks X-pipe. These long tube headers do not connect directly to the original exhaust on their own.
Are fitting gaskets and sensor extensions supplied?
Yes. Cometic multi-layer gaskets, stainless header bolts, O2 extensions and Torca clamps are included.
Are these road-use headers?
All three options are competition, off-road and track-use parts. Public-road use is excluded, and a Kooks competition-use waiver is required.
