Give your LS1 GTO a matched Kooks exhaust upgrade

Pair your 2004 GTO with 1-7/8" Kooks long tube headers and Performance-catted front connections. This stainless kit is specified for the 5.7-litre LS1 and joins its 2-1/2" OEM rear exhaust interface.

The right package for the 2004 car

The 3" collectors feed matching front pipes with 2-1/2" OEM rear outlets. The later 6.0-litre GTO uses a different kit with 3" rear outlets, so engine and model year matter as much as the header size.

A naturally aspirated front conversion

Headers and the Performance-catted connections are supplied together. A compatible rear exhaust can remain in place. The cats suit naturally aspirated engines; choose an appropriate forced-induction catalyst arrangement for a boosted LS1.

Fitting your exhaust

Installation requires removal of the original driver-side heat shield. The passenger-side shield does not need to be removed.
