Keep your Camaro mufflers and change the exhaust ahead of them
If you like your Camaro’s original rear mufflers, you can retain them as you develop the header exhaust. Kooks 22604181 supplies the 3-inch X-pipe and rear connection sections for the listed SS and ZL1 applications.

Retain the rear mufflers you already have
The 304 stainless sections connect the Kooks-header exhaust to the OEM mufflers. This gives you a focused change to the pipes and crossover ahead of the mufflers, with the retained rear components still part of the final sound.
Plan the front parts and fitting together
Use Kooks long tube headers and the matching front connections. Some factory exhaust cutting is required, so have your installer measure and prepare the retained muffler connections before aligning the complete system.
