A matched upgrade for the LT6
The 1-7/8" primaries step to 2" in a Tri-Y layout. Rather than collecting every cylinder into one junction immediately, the pipes merge in stages. That gives this kit a distinct header design, paired with the Ultra-GREEN connections made for the Z06. Oval ports and the stock bolt pattern match the LT6 installation.
Heat protection included
The 5"-bodied Ultra-GREEN catalytic connections and their heat blankets are supplied together. You can plan the front exhaust upgrade with the catalyst heat protection already included. The flanged rear outlets connect directly to the OEM exhaust. Professional fitting is worthwhile on the mid-engine Z06, where access and clearance around the surrounding components matter.

What is included?

Can I keep my rear exhaust?
Yes. The connection-pipe outlets bolt to the factory rear exhaust interface. If you already have an aftermarket rear system, it needs to retain that same interface.
