Shotgun character and a darker finish
Shotgun is the more open, louder-oriented muffler design in the Kooks active-exhaust range. The carbon-fibre tips give the rear of your Corvette a darker finish, while the valved muffler arrangement is part of the exhaust specification.
Choose the sound clip that matches your car
The sound examples on the Kooks listing combine these rear sections with Kooks headers and a competition X-pipe. That is a different setup from keeping the factory front exhaust. Expect the catalyst, header and mid-section combination to influence the finished sound, rather than treating that clip as the result of the axle-back alone.
