Make your Corvette exhaust upgrade one complete package
Get the headers and X-pipe together, with the combination chosen for your C7 engine and rear exhaust. These Kooks packages cover the 2014-2019 Corvette LT1, LT4 and LT5 range, combining stainless long tube headers with a catted X-pipe and the OEM rear connection. Straight and stepped primary options let you choose the package for the engine you have or the build you are planning.

Choose the header and catalyst together
The stepped primary starts at 1-7/8" and increases to 2"; the straight designs use either 1-7/8" or 2" throughout the primary. All use 3" collectors. GREEN and H.O. GREEN catalysts suit naturally aspirated and forced-induction applications within their ratings. H.O. GREEN uses a larger 4-1/2" body and 300 CPSI substrate, compared with the 4" body and 400 CPSI substrate of GREEN.
Keep your compatible OEM rear exhaust
The 3" X-pipe finishes with a 2-3/4" OEM rear connection. You can upgrade from the cylinder heads through the X-pipe while retaining the factory rear exhaust, provided you select the correct package for your C7 application.
Street/Strip includes a separate track-pipe set
The Street/Strip option supplies 2" primary headers, the H.O. GREEN catted X-pipe arrangement and separate competition-only front pipes. It gives you both pipe sets, rather than supplying a catalyst-free system alone. The competition pipes are not for public-road use, and a competition-use waiver is required for the package.
Fitting and ownership
Gaskets, header bolts, O2 extensions and clamps accompany the header installation. We recommend professional fitting and a tune for the long tube conversion. The mid-pipe clamp studs may need trimming to clear the belly pan; that clearance check helps avoid a rattle after installation. Check the fasteners again after the first heat cycle.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep the factory rear exhaust?
Yes. These packages provide the 2-3/4" OEM rear connection for the compatible C7 exhaust.
Is the stepped header the same as the 2" option?
No. Its primary diameter increases from 1-7/8" to 2" along the tube. The straight 2" header uses that primary diameter throughout.
What comes with Street/Strip?
The 2" primary headers, H.O. GREEN catted X-pipe arrangement and separate competition-only front pipes. The competition pipes are reserved for off-road and track use.
Will GREEN catalysts remove every warning-light concern?
No. A catted exhaust does not guarantee the absence of a check-engine light. The engine and calibration need to suit the completed exhaust.
