Choose revised headers for your Z06 or ZR1 exhaust
These revised Kooks C6 headers use TORCA Swivel-Seal joints for the matching X-pipe, with a choice of 1-7/8" or 2" primaries. They include a detailed fitting pack for the LS7 Z06 and LS9 ZR1 installations.

Revised joints and fitting parts
The package includes a pair of SS-755820 multi-layer stainless gaskets, BK110 header bolts, two JI-K61003 Swivel-Seal clamps, a CAS-105630 rear O2 extension kit and the K60015 cooler-line relocation bracket. Installation includes moving the dry-sump lines for header clearance, draining the oil, then reconnecting the lines and refilling the engine. Where the transmission cooler lines run close to the headers, thermal barrier tape is used with the supplied bracket. Plan the tape separately.
Match the X-pipe and installed engine
Add the corresponding revised Kooks X-pipe. The Z06 uses the 7.0-litre LS7 and the ZR1 the supercharged 6.2-litre LS9. Choose cats suitable for the engine as well as matching the TORCA header connection.
