These Kooks packages combine stainless long tube headers and an X-pipe for the 2001-2004 Corvette 5.7 LS1 or LS6, with the emissions fittings for that year group. Choose the primary and catalyst combination for your engine, then use the supplied OEM rear connection to retain the compatible factory rear exhaust.

The correct emissions fittings for your year group
Every option on this page is the version with emissions fittings for 2001-2004 cars. That matters when comparing C5 kits: an earlier-year version or a kit without those fittings is a different specification, even if the primary size looks the same.
Choose the catalyst for the engine
The 1-3/4" and 1-7/8" primary options both use 3" collectors. Performance Cats are for naturally aspirated applications; GREEN catalysts also support forced induction within their rating. Choose the engine and catalyst combination together before arranging the tune.
Keep the rear exhaust you already enjoy
The X-pipe arrangement provides a 2-1/2" OEM rear connection, letting you retain the compatible factory rear exhaust as part of the long tube upgrade. Professional fitting is recommended, followed by checks for leaks, heat clearance and fasteners after the first heat cycle.
