Choose the C5 exhaust upgrade that suits your engine
Give your C5 a matched set of Kooks long tube headers and a catted X-pipe, with a choice of primary size and catalyst specification. These packages are supplied without emissions fittings and connect to the 2-1/2" OEM-style rear exhaust. The available combinations are shown by SKU so you can choose the kit you actually need.

Three primary sizes, clearly compared
Choose 1-3/4" or 1-7/8" headers with Performance or GREEN cats, or 2" headers with GREEN cats. All use 3" collectors and the same OEM-style rear interface. Select the primary size for your engine and modifications; a larger tube is not automatically the right choice for every C5.
Choose the catalyst for the completed build
Performance cats suit naturally aspirated engines. GREEN supports forced induction. The headers on this page have no emissions fittings, so use the separate emissions-fitting package when your installation calls for that version.

Frequently asked questions
Does every header size have both cat choices?
The 1-3/4" and 1-7/8" choices have Performance or GREEN cats. The 2" choice on this page has GREEN cats.
Which version has emissions fittings?
These kits do not. The separate early-C5 emissions-fitting kits provide that header version.
