The G.O.A.T Offroad Ranger Raptor HD Clevis Steering Upgrade replaces the standard outer steering arrangement with a complete clevis, alloy-arm and heim-joint system. Its 24 mm arms are machined from 7075 aluminium, with 17-4 stainless parts at the clevis and misalignment points. The package covers PX3 and Next Gen Raptors and includes rack boots and fitting hardware, making it a system-level steering change rather than a pair of heavier tie-rod ends.
The kit replaces multiple parts between the rack and knuckle, including the inner and outer joints, extension arms and protective boots. Compared with upgrading only the outer tie-rod ends, this changes the steering linkage architecture and requires a more detailed installation and alignment plan.

Factory P55 wheels are excluded. Check wheel-barrel clearance, steering lock, suspension droop, rack travel, boot position and fastener specification before road use.
The heim joints, misalignments and boots become service items within the conversion. Regular inspection for play, contamination, boot damage and hardware movement is part of maintaining accurate steering on a heavily modified Raptor.
