The D4 S8's understated looks hide a V8 worth hearing. This Milltek cat-back lets you choose how much of that character accompanies the drive, with resonated and non-resonated versions and electronically valved rear silencers. Four GT100 tips finish the rear, from discreet black to bright polished metal or titanium.

For a car you use to cross the country, we would start with the resonated front and centre sections. If you want the V8 to be a more obvious part of everyday driving, the non-resonated layout is the more vocal option. Both give you valved rear silencers, so the decision is not simply between an upgrade and comfort: it is choosing how much sound you want alongside the S8’s relaxed pace.
Polished GT100 tips give a bright metal finish, black suits a darker rear end and titanium adds its own material detail. Choose the finish after deciding on resonated or non-resonated sound; the colour of the tips does not change that underlying configuration.
The selected front/centre sections, both rear silencers, four matching tips and the associated fittings. The resonated SSXAU464 fitting kit includes the electronic actuators and valve springs on the rear silencers.
Keep the sound configuration and part number together when ordering. The resonated application carries the AudiS8D4 E-mark; this must not be extended automatically to a non-resonated system. Professional fitting should include checking both electronic valves and evenly positioning all four tips.

No. This is the cat-back exhaust, keeping the original catalysts.
Resonated is our starting point. It gives you more exhaust character with the quieter construction; non-resonated makes volume more of a priority.
Do not assume that. The resonated application carries the S8 D4 approval; the non-resonated option needs to be treated separately.
The finish changes the appearance of the tips. It does not change the underlying exhaust configuration shown in the option table.
Let the exhaust cool before cleaning. Wash road salt and dirt from the tips regularly with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner suitable for their finish. Have any new rattle checked for loose fittings or contact with the bodywork.
No. Titanium refers to the selected tip finish/material. The main exhaust construction remains stainless steel. Choose the tips for the appearance you want at the rear of the car.
