Put more V8 into every drive.
This non-resonated Milltek system gives C8 RS6 and RS7 owners a more vocal exhaust, with twin 80 mm pipework and an active centre section. Choose polished or black oval tips to suit the car. The OE-cut connection makes it a specific installation choice as well as a sound upgrade.

Choose non-resonated when you want the V8 to be a more prominent part of the drive. This version uses OE-cut connections and F5150 adaptors, allowing a later compatible turbo-back upgrade. The original exhaust is cut during installation, so it suits an owner happy with that fitting commitment.
Choose polished SSXAU864 for a bright rear finish or black SSXAU865 for a darker look. Both are the same louder, non-resonated configuration and both require cutting. This connection style is also designed to accommodate a later compatible turbo-back upgrade.
The package includes front silencer replacement pipes, active centre, connecting pipes, rear sections, valved outlets, the selected oval trims and associated fitting hardware. SSXAU864/865 use F5150 adaptors and require cutting the original exhaust.
The factory exhaust is cut during fitting. The supplied adaptors join the retained original sections to the Milltek pipework; the fitting sheet also provides chassis-brace spacers. Have the cuts, joint positions and rear-tip alignment completed as one installation.

This is Non-resonated. It replaces the front silencers with pipes for a louder result; choose a compatible resonated system if a quieter balance matters more.
Yes. The specified oval trims are part of the complete system. Their finish changes the look rather than the exhaust’s resonated or non-resonated construction.
No. This is the cat-back package. Downpipes and any separate catalyst changes are outside this purchase.
The finish changes the appearance of the tips. It does not change the underlying exhaust configuration shown in the option table.
Let the exhaust cool before cleaning. Wash road salt and dirt from the tips regularly with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner suitable for their finish. Have any new rattle checked for loose fittings or contact with the bodywork.
Yes, with compatible Milltek front-system parts. This system can form part of a later turbo-back arrangement, but those additional parts and any tuning or use restrictions need to be planned separately. The supplied configuration connects through the OE-cut adaptors.
