A more noticeable V6 exhaust note with brushed titanium tips.
The brushed titanium oval tips give this RS5 Sportback system a softer metallic finish than polished stainless, while the resonated layout keeps the sound choice focused on everyday enjoyment. SSXAU1005 is a 70 mm valved cat-back for the 2019+ B9.5 2.9 V6 Sportback without a GPF, with front and centre silencers and Sportback-specific rear silencers.

This is the titanium-finish choice for someone who wants the details to look considered. The 170 x 107 mm oval tips preserve the RS shape, and the brushed surface avoids the mirror-like shine of polished tips. The same resonated silencer layout is available in other finishes, so the titanium premium is about the material and look.

Audi RS5 B9.5 2.9 V6 Turbo Sportback, 2019+, non-OPF/GPF models
Sportback only. SSXAU992 is the corresponding Coupe titanium system, not an interchangeable part. Allow approximately 2-2.5 hours for fitting, including removal of the original exhaust. A professional installation gives the pipework, tip alignment and hot clearances the attention they need. The system should be checked again after its first heat cycle.
For a non-GPF B9.5 Coupe, the titanium option is our Coupe SSXAU992.
Clean the tailpipes regularly once they are cool, so road dirt and deposits do not become a bigger job later. Use a cleaning product suitable for your chosen tailpipe finish.

Yes. This is the Resonated version, with front and centre silencers ahead of the valved rear silencers. It is the more restrained choice within the matching range, with the selected tip finish changing the appearance.
No. This is the non-OPF/GPF application. A car with factory particulate filters needs the matching GPF-equipped system.
No remap is required for this cat-back change with the rest of the exhaust in its standard configuration. Different requirements can apply if you also change downpipes or catalysts.
Milltek covers parts containing valves for 2 years or 80,000 km and electronic products for 2 years. Other qualifying parts in this system have lifetime cover. Cover is for the original purchaser and excludes fitting labour and failures caused by misuse or unauthorised modification. Keep your invoice and contact us if you need help with a claim.
