SSXAU986 gives your non-GPF RS5 Coupe a more involving V6 note through a resonated 70 mm cat-back. Front and centre silencers add sound control ahead of the valved rear boxes, and polished oval tips keep the rear of the car looking unmistakably RS.

The resonated layout gives the exhaust note room to develop while retaining a silencer in the main pipework. It is the choice for enjoying more engine character with more sound control than the corresponding non-resonated layout. Cabin volume will still depend on driving load and the rest of the exhaust.

Yes. We recommend the extra silencing of a resonated layout when you want more engine character with a more restrained sound on longer journeys. What you hear in the cabin still depends on engine load and the other exhaust parts fitted.
This version is for a car without an OPF/GPF. It is not a particulate-filter removal kit.
