This Milltek range gives the non-GPF RS5 B9 Coupe three exhaust constructions and four oval finishes. Resonated adds front and centre silencing, Road+ keeps the ECE-type valved rear silencers without those extra silencers, and Non-resonated uses Race-type valved rears. It gives you a meaningful choice about the sound of your Coupe, with a 70 mm stainless system behind every option.
If you want a more characterful daily driver, we would start with Resonated. For a less silenced construction, Road+ and Non-resonated are different rear-silencer choices, not two names for the same kit. Road+ uses MSAU730/MSAU731 rear silencers; Non-resonated uses the MSAU728/MSAU729 Race-type rears. The table identifies each exact option.

Audi RS5 B9 2.9 V6 Turbo Coupe, non-OPF/GPF models
For the non-GPF B9 Coupe; the Sportback and GPF-equipped cars use different systems. Allow approximately 2-2.5 hours for fitting, including removal of the original exhaust. A professional installation gives the pipework, tip alignment and hot clearances the attention they need. The system should be checked again after its first heat cycle.
Clean the tailpipes regularly once they are cool, so road dirt and deposits do not become a bigger job later. Use a cleaning product suitable for your chosen tailpipe finish.

We would start with Resonated for regular cruising. Road+ omits the front and centre silencers; the Non-resonated option also switches to Race-type rear silencers. Those are real construction differences, so choose by layout as well as finish.
No. This is the non-OPF/GPF application. A car with factory particulate filters needs the matching GPF-equipped system.
No remap is required for this cat-back change with the rest of the exhaust in its standard configuration. Different requirements can apply if you also change downpipes or catalysts.
The silencer and pipe configuration determine the sound. Pick the finish for the look you want: changing the decorative tips within the same system layout is an appearance choice.
Milltek covers parts containing valves for 2 years or 80,000 km and electronic products for 2 years. Other qualifying parts in this system have lifetime cover. Cover is for the original purchaser and excludes fitting labour and failures caused by misuse or unauthorised modification. Keep your invoice and contact us if you need help with a claim.
