The ARB SkyDome Double Swag Tent 3 is ground camping done the swag way: arrive, unroll, dome up, sleep properly. The third-generation SkyDome pairs a 75mm high-density convoluted foam mattress with tough 14.75oz water and rot-proofed HD canvas, and the dome structure needs no pegs or ropes on flat ground - so camp is up in minutes and packed just as fast. Series 3 adds integrated LED lighting, magnetic closure, upgraded ventilation windows, more durable poles and a fresh stone colourway over the earlier swags.
The head-to-hip height gives genuine freedom of movement inside, large mesh panels open the roof for stargazing, and cross-flow ventilation with the upgraded windows keeps condensation managed. Head and foot awnings protect the openings, storage pockets keep essentials off the mattress, and the integrated LED lighting means no torch-in-the-teeth moments. Compared with an air bed in a basic tent, the built-in 75mm mattress with its removable, machine-washable cover is the difference between camping and sleeping.
This is a universal camping product - no vehicle fitment involved. Check your storage space for the rolled swag before ordering, and peg it down as normal when camping on soft or exposed ground even though flat-surface setup needs none. Air the canvas after wet trips and wash the mattress cover between seasons to keep it fresh.

On flat surfaces the dome structure stands on its own. On soft, sloped or windy ground, peg it as you would any shelter.
The cover removes and machine washes; the 75mm convoluted foam underneath is the sleeping surface swags are known for.
