If your Altitude sits above the reach of its standard ladder, the 804520 extension gives you the additional reach needed for the listed roof-rack height range. It attaches to the Altitude ladder when required and stores in the existing ladder compartment inside the tent shell, keeping the extra component with the tent.
SKU: XCCS804520
The standard Altitude ladder is intended for roof-rack heights up to 2100mm. Adding this extension accommodates the listed range up to 2460mm. Measure the roof-rack height where the tent is mounted, rather than using vehicle overall height as a substitute.
At camp, ladder angle, level ground and secure footing still matter. Set it up according to the tent and ladder instructions before climbing.
The extension fits in the Altitude's ladder storage area, so it does not have to take a separate space among your luggage. It is a practical addition when suspension, tyres or a taller vehicle put the tent higher than the standard ladder range.
This accessory is made for the ARB Altitude rooftop tent ladder. It is an extension, with the original ladder retained as part of the assembly.
