Your TRX already has an engine worth celebrating. These Kooks long tube headers give a competition build a substantial exhaust upgrade from the cylinder heads, with 304 stainless steel construction and a choice of primary sizes for the supercharged 6.2. Pair them with the correct Kooks connections and rear exhaust to create the sound and specification you want.

Choose for the engine you are building
The 1-7/8" and 2" primary options both use 3" collectors. Match the primary size to your engine upgrades, boost and intended rev range. If further engine work is planned, we can help you choose the header and connection combination together.
Construction that matches the investment
Mandrel-bent 304 stainless tubing maintains the tube shape through the bends, while 3/8" flanges provide a substantial mounting face at the cylinder head. Gaskets, bolts, clamps and O2 extensions are included, so the essential header fitting parts arrive with the kit.
Fit the complete exhaust properly
Add the matching TRX connection pipes to complete the long tube conversion. Choose Competition Only or H.O. GREEN pipework for your engine and intended use; both use the OEM two-bolt rear connection. We recommend professional installation, with sensor routing, heat clearances and a fastener check after the first heat cycle.

Does the price include connection pipes?
This listing supplies the headers and their fitting hardware. Add the matching Kooks connection pipes for the completed long tube installation.
Should I choose the larger primary?
Choose it to suit the engine specification. Primary size needs to work with boost, engine output and the rev range you use, rather than simply being the largest option.
Do I need a tune?
We recommend calibration for the finished long tube exhaust conversion so it works with the rest of your TRX build.
Can I fit these for public-road use?
These are competition, off-road and track-use headers only. They are not for public-road use, and a Kooks competition-use waiver is required.
