These Kooks packages combine 1-7/8" long tube headers with a stainless steel crossover and a 2-1/2" OEM rear interface. Choose Performance or GREEN cats around your engine and its modifications.

SKUs: 2510H420, 2510H430

One upgrade, two catalyst choices

Both kits have 1-7/8" primaries and 3" collectors. The supplied X-pipe takes the new front exhaust to the 2-1/2" factory-style rear connection. Performance cats suit naturally aspirated builds; GREEN is the option here for an engine with a supercharger or turbocharger.

Keep your favourite rear exhaust

The OEM rear interface gives you a useful route to retain the rear system you already like. It also makes the kit easier to plan around a compatible cat-back, rather than replacing every section of the exhaust at once. Match the actual rear connection when choosing the complete setup.

Choose your configuration

SKU

Configuration

Supplied arrangement

Fitting / engine conditions

2510H420

Cat Type: Performance Cats

Headers; Performance Cats front connections

Naturally aspirated only

2510H430

Cat Type: GREEN Cats

Headers; GREEN Cats front connections

Use the SKU-specific vehicle rows below

Tuning for your exhaust upgrade

We recommend tuning with every header installation so the calibration suits your new headers, complete exhaust and fuel. Contact us to discuss the right tuning route for your vehicle.

Vehicle fitment

Years

Vehicle / trim

Engine

Applicable SKU

Fitting conditions

2014-2017

Chevrolet SS Base

6.2L V8

2510H420, 2510H430

Technical Specifications

Specification

Details

SKUs

2510H420, 2510H430

Application

2014-2017 Chevrolet SS, 6.2L LS3

Material

304 stainless steel

Headers

1-7/8" primaries; 3" collectors

X-pipe connection

3" to 2-1/2" OEM rear interface

Choices

2510H420 Performance; 2510H430 GREEN

Performance catalyst condition

Naturally aspirated only

Frequently Asked Questions

Which kit should I choose for a supercharged SS?

Choose the GREEN-catted 2510H430 from these two options.
